How we handle the personal data of our EU and UK customers under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2. What We Process and Why (Lawful Bases)
- →Enquiry, personalised offer and booking of your honeymoon package or individual services — Art 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps).
- →Accounting and statutory record-keeping — Art 6(1)(c) (legal obligation).
- →Communicating with you, service improvement and handling claims/fraud prevention — Art 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).
- →Marketing messages — Art 6(1)(a) (consent), which you may withdraw at any time.
- →Health, dietary, accessibility or faith-related (e.g. halal) preferences are special-category data processed only with your explicit consent — Art 9(2)(a).
3. Who Receives Your Data
- →To deliver your trip we share the minimum necessary data with: hotels; balloon, ATV and jeep-safari operators; transfer/driver companies; and our bank for payment reconciliation.
- →We also use hosting, email and messaging (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta) providers strictly to operate the service.
- →We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to public authorities where legally required.
4. International Transfers (to Türkiye)
- →Your data is processed in Türkiye. Türkiye is not covered by an EU/UK adequacy decision.
- →Where we process EU/UK data, transfers rely on Art 49(1)(b) (transfer necessary to perform your contract) or, where appropriate, Standard Contractual Clauses (plus the UK International Data Transfer Addendum).

5. Your Rights
- →You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing — including an absolute right to object to direct marketing and to withdraw consent at any time.
- →There is no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Retention
- →We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal (e.g. tax/accounting) retention periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
7. Complaints
- →You can lodge a complaint with your local EU data protection supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are in the UK.
